Balance

I have been spending a tremendous amount of time lately working on things that are particularly challenging for me,  studying, writting, planning, coordinating and completing.  In addition, I am spending time with and taking care of my son and my dogs who make my life an absolute thrill everyday.  All week I teach and interact with a wonderfully diverse group of students and I love going to work.  I am a little scattered so getting things done and staying focused is not as easy for me as it is for some.  That being said my training, which is nothing more than maintenance right now, is equally scattered.  That is completely okay.  I do a little back in the morning, maybe some bi-cep in the afternoon, some legs the next day for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, then I run with another class, a little here, a little there.  I am not at my fittest but that is not my goal right now and I’m still in decent shape.  I’m not about to cut into doggie play time, or guitar practice with Ro, or my quiet reading time or anything else that makes me happy.  I am commited to being a responsible and prductive American Citizen.  Be commited, balanced and reasonably fit.  If  you want more, like me, stay tuned and we’ll work it out, together.
